We are open 7 days a week, 10 am to 9 pm. Check with store
for extended seasonal shopping hours during November and
December. Store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New
Years Day and January 2-3 for inventory.

Special Orders We are happy
to order any book in print if it is not already in-store.
Normally, our distributors have most books in stock and will
ship to us between 2-10 business days, depending on the distributor
and availability of the title. The majority of titles can
be obtained in less than five business days.
Phone Orders
We are happy to
take your order over the phone. Please call during business
hours (morning or mid-afternoons are the best times). 212-243-5994 . We
can hold the order for you to pick up at the store or we
can mail it via Priority or Media Mail with delivery confirmation
receipt.

inquire about the availability of any book or to order
a book.
RETURNS
Full refund Books and some
merchandise can be returned with a store receipt within 30
days after purchase for a full refund. The books/merchandise
must be in new, unused condition. Original price tags
must be on the merchandise. Special order books cannot be
returned.
Exchange or store credit DVDs
and CDs cannot be returned for refund or store credit if
opened. Once opened, DVD or CD can be exchanged for the same
title if the one purchased is defective, within 30 days after
purchase and with store receipt. CDs and DVDs can be previewed
at the store before purchase, so please be sure to do this
if you are not certain of the title's content.
Jewelry Jewelry can be returned
for store credit only with receipt within 10 days of purchase
if it is in new, unused, never worn condition in original
packaging. (An
exception to this is the Christmas season, which allows
30 days for exchange or store credit of jewelry). In any
case, a store receipt must be presented.
Crystals and Wands
All crystals, wands,
and other energetic products are sold "As Is" and
are Final Sale Only. Exchanges or Returns are not made in
this department for any reason. Crystals are natural products
and variations in color, texture or cracks are part of the
normal process. Please be certain of your purchase beforehand.
Personal Products Consumable
and personal use products (lotions, soaps, incense, candles,
oils, perfumes, sprays, neti pots, salt, health preparations,
tongue cleaners) cannot be returned for health and safety
reasons. Please consider your
purchase carefully and use the sampler products available
to check for scents before buying. If a product proves
to be defective, we will return it to the manufacturer
and we will issue either the identical product or a store
credit.
Cards, Calendars
Calendars
and cards cannot be returned, unless defective.
Special Orders Books or merchandise
which is special ordered (not normally carried in the store)
cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
