An Ayuvedic consultation consists of comprehensive survey of your medical history, a review of current health concerns, diet and lifestyle choices, spiritual and mental health history, and diagnosis of your unique "dosha" (body-mind-spirit constitution known as "Vata", "Pitta", and "Kapha") and "doshic" imbalances. The ancient technique of pulse taking, as well as observing the tongue, eyes and nails, will confirm the imbalances in the mind and body.

Based on your needs and findings, treatments may include diet and lifestyle recommendations, herbal supplements for specific health issues, use of aromatherapy, recommending the essentials of keeping a daily routine, as well as breathing (pranayama), meditation, yoga, and relaxation techniques, such as self body massage (abhyanga).
