ability to provide ongoing practical, accessible,
uplifting, and authentic guidance.

NOT YOGA AS USUAL.
East-West offers hatha and vinyasa
yoga with an elevated awareness of individual
needs, and a focus on healing. We bend for you – not
the other way around!

How to
Locate East West Yoga on the Second Floor
The entrance at 78 Fifth Avenue near 14th Street
is clearly marked with an East West Yoga Poster,
right next door to the East West Books. Take
the building elevator to the second floor. Feel
free to come into the bookstore if you need help
locating the studio entrance.

Cafe Now Open
Our new vegetarian bistro is open and the perfect
place to relax and refresh after yoga class.
Located in the East West Bookstore, the cafe
offers organic coffee, tea and chai; natural
sandwiches and wraps; hot soups; fresh bakery
and fruit. Free Wi-Fi, casual seating and zen-inspired
decor combines for an oasis in the city, where
you can meet friends or just enjoy a quiet moment
with a new book.

In the reception area of the yoga studio, you'll
find a large selection of yoga mats, meditation
cushions, music, DVDs, books, clothing, incense,
candles and many other yoga related items. Browse
at your leisure. Gift cards are available.
